Most people start the day feeling relaxed and hopefully content after a good breakfast, ready to take on the day.
You can see it in their face, calm, smiling, even though a little morning tired, before the day have really started. It often get better after an hour or two, when one really have woken up.
So do I. Smiling meeting the world.
Lots can happen during the day, good things can happen, and less good things, and hopefully not but in worst cases even bad things.
Hours pass. The day works on you..
It is getting closer to the afternoon.
I meet people, still new people every hour. I get exposed to allergens all day long, I feel sick, I medicate, and I get better, I get exposed to allergens again, I medicate, and over and over again that is the way the day pass.
Now my batteries are drying up, I am feeling the day taking it’s toll on me.
I smile, but not as easily as this morning. People I meet look at me. They judge me from my face.
I am tired and worn, and wish for a break. Wish for a possibility to charge the batteries. People look at me, and they see and judge my face.
I try to keep face so that they see I am nice. I smile. I meet people by being nice and put on a smile, as good a smile I got strength to give. Then the complaint come..
– Oh, your sour! :( Displaying a conclusion and a accusation from looking at me. They do not even know me, or know why my face looking like that, but they accuse me for being sour anyway. -Actually that is rude.
– I am sorry, I am only feeling tired and sick. :) reply
Why can not people see beond the face?
I feel much better when it happens in some rare cases the person ask:
How are you? Are you feeling bad? :)
– Yes, thank you. I feel a bit tired and sick today. How can I help you? :) reply
Use your mind people, and please get over yourself! You should understand it is not anything against you. People sometimes are tired and not a sour puss!
Sometimes it is hard to put on a full smile through the stress added throughout the day, even if one do try really hard.
What do you look like when you are tired and sick?
Is there room for being human?
