“It is hard to imagine that over 1 million people (1/5) in Norway still smoke regularly. Smoking has almost been “free fall” in many years, and the smoking epidemic is said already to have gone into a discharge phase. But each year still die over 5000 people – or more than one person every two hours on average, due to smoking-related diseases such as cancer, cardiovascular disease and lung disease. Imagine that as many had perished in traffic. Do not you think the government would do more to solve the problem?”
All patients should be asked about smoking habits and it should be registered, and since fragrance hold many of the same substances as smoke fragrance use should be checked out too.
