Frisk luft, hva er det? – Fresh air, what is it?

Bli parfymefri!

The difference clean air make

I do not mean to diminish food allergy, but this is the reality for all having lung disease in this scent maniac world.

Nice smell you said? It is chemicals, not air, fragrancing is to add substances to the air that has nothing to do there. In daily communication it is called pollution.

In addition to breathing difficulties scented air causes headaches, migraine, runny pinful eyes and nose, cough, and more.

We are constructed to breathe air, nothing else.

We can’t stop breathing to protect ourselves until you decide to stop polluting the air. GO FRAGRANCE-FREE!

Parfymeallergi – din godlukt skader andre – Elin Wiese Engh – Nyhetsettermiddag NRK

Lytte her:

https://radio.nrk.no/serie/nyhetsettermiddag/NPUB51017416/01-09-2016#t=45m45s

Yoghurt og hodepine- #astma #allergi #sensitivitet – Yogurt and Headache

(Scroll down for English and Swedish in that order)

Du må leve i samfunnet.

Yogurt and headache

A tale of interpersonal relationships and the impact of adding the burden on the sick

Some people think that asthma, allergies and sensitivity is the responsibility of the sensitive person and disclaims own responsibility by saying that

It is your responsibility to take medicine. I have the right to do whatever I want. You may not limit me.

Suppose you get a headache from yogurt, yet I take no consideration and force yogurt to your diet.  You say to me that I get headaches from yogurt, stop! I continue to force in you yogurt and says you’ll just have to take a headache pill then, I do what I want and I want and I like to pour the yogurt, it’s my right! You keep saying that you get headaches from yogurt while I continue to pour into you yogurt and you medicate to get less hurt, but I take no consideration because I think it with yogurt is good, you get headaches and have to take even more medicine. And so it goes day by day …  And it is not only I who think yoghurt is good and who think you should show respect to the rest of us who like yogurt, they feed you well with yogurt and you only get more headaches. When you request to drop the yogurt and explains why then we say that then you just stay away! We can sit here and you can sit far over there. And you will be alone while the rest of us continue as before force feeding others with yogurt and takes no account. You have to live in society. You do not want to be alone. I and the others who like yogurt continues to force-feed you with yogurt while you get more and more headaches. You take so much medicine for your headache so that you get negative influence of the drugs. You get side effects. But we will continue as before. Eventually you end up at the hospital, the body can take no more.

And when you say that it’s not okay then we get mad at you because you cherish your health, and will deny us with the yogurt, because you do not want to have headaches all the time.

So it is with asthma, allergies and sensitivity when you select your freedom and that your choice is more important than the health of others.

Do you understand now?

Du måste leva i samhället.

(Scroll down for English)

NHI.no

(Oversettelse under)

“Asthma is a disease of the lungs and the air tubes leading to them. It causes the walls of the bronchioles, the tiny airways in the lungs, to swell and produce mucus so that the sufferer has difficulty in breathing. Most deaths caused by asthma result from a gradual worsening of symptoms. The ultimate cause of death is a shortage of oxygen.” Dr. Professor. Martyn Partridge, Faculty of Medicine, National Heart & Lung Institute, Chief Medical Adviser to the National Asthma Campaign UK

” Dr. Professor. Martyn Partridge, Faculty of Medicine, National Heart & Lung Institute, Chief Medical Adviser to the National Asthma Campaign UK

WHO

Hvorfor skjuler dere sannheten for oss alle?

Asthma and Death

If you read on Norwegian, Danish and Swedish public pages about asthma it is very difficult to find anything about the cold hard facts that asthma is a disease one can die of. Not even the Asthma and Allergy Foundations websites has something on this knowledge. People are entitled to the truth, it is only with the truth of owning that one can learn to respect asthma, both those having asthma and everyone around those having asthma.

Asthma: The word asthma comes from Greek and signifies dyspnea. In 85% of cases it is due to asthma, pneumonia, cardiac ischemia, interstitial lung disease, congestive heart failure, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.

“Asthma can show in several degrees for the person having asthma, mild, to severe acute asthma attacks. For acute, severe asthma attacks you at the beginning of the attack experience pronounced wheezing, find it difficult to talk, have pain or discomfort in the chest, have a bad cough, make great efforts to draw breath, and often sound sharp beeps from the lungs or throat. you may be pale, breathing very quickly and have elevated heart rate. When the seizure has been ongoing for some time, you will be exhausted and battered. You no longer have the strength for powerful breathing movements and coughing. This is a very serious character, and the urgency of treatment and help is critical. Medicate. If symptoms do not improve quickly, or they will return shortly, or if you become very battered, seek medical attention. Your doctor will consider whether it is necessary to provide other medications or hospitalization. in severe cases it will often be a need for oxygen, and it may be necessary to give fluids and medications directly into the bloodstream (intravenously). ” NHI.no

That’s what you can read about asthma in Norway. It shows the seriousness but it does not tell that one can actually die from it. To get the knowledge you have to go out on the Internet and search in English.

Even WHO talks about asthma as one of several websites:

“Asthma is a major noncommunicable disease characterized by recurrent attacks of breathlessness and wheezing, which vary in severity and frequency from person to person. Symptoms may occur several times in a day or week in affected individuals, and for some people become worse during physical activity or at night. During an asthma attack, the lining of the bronchial tubes swell, causing the airways to narrow and reducing the flow of air into and out of the lungs. Recurrent asthma symptoms frequently cause sleeplessness, daytime fatigue, reduced activity levels and school and work absenteeism. Asthma has a relatively low fatality rate compared to other chronic diseases. Asthma is a public health problem not just for high-income countries; it occurs in all countries regardless of the level of development. Most asthma-related deaths occur in low- and lower-middle income countries due to lack of medicine, but it also happens in high income countries in lack of proper treatment.
Asthma is under-diagnosed and under-treated. It creates substantial burden to individuals and families and often restricts individuals’ activities for a lifetime. The strongest risk factors for developing asthma are inhaled substances and particles that may provoke allergic reactions or irritate the airways.
Medication can control asthma. Avoiding asthma triggers can also reduce the severity of asthma.” WHO

It took me seven years to figure this out after long time searching for knowledge on asthma, stumbling over this and that searching. When I got asthma in 2007, no one informed me about this, there was nothing to find about it on the Norwegian sites on the web, nor at Danish or Swedish sites. Articles above is only a few of those several hundreds of thousands of people who die from asthma every year in the world. This is too bad. I must call a shovel a shovel. Why do you hide the truth from all of us?

Movie tip: Perfume allergy in Billion tv-series

Film tips: Parfyme allergi i Billion tv-serie

Movie tip: Perfume allergy in Billion tv-series

Billion is a television series on HBO that’s about trading, law and justice and the pursuit of those who do not follow the law. In season 1 episode 3 (about 27:52 into the program) before and after a meeting with clients reacts Rhoades to that a colleague has cologne on himself:

Rhoades: “-Are you wearing cologne?”

Spiros: “-Yea”

Rhoades: “-Jesus Christ!”

Rhoades: “-You know, my fucking eyes are watering here,  how many pints of that shitty toilet water do you splash on yourself every morning Spiros? Do You think it is may be going to help you get som tail? Here is a tip: It’s not!”

I’m glad it’s being recorded because it is a social problem that people take matters into their own hands spreading alcohols and perfume chemicals in the air tormenting others. Far from all appreciate being exposed to perfume.

Is it a good series? It is a bit superficial in its appearance, the action is mainly for showing, it is about to play out each other and win. What is not good is all the sexist comments, it is very much playing on women in a degrading manner. They should get a fine for every degrading comment.

Møgelskade gav parfymebesvær -Mold damage cause fragrance sensitivity – Lotta Fäldt Magnusson – corren.se

(Scroll down for English)

Fragrance sensitive after mold injury

Lotta Fäldt Magnusson tells corren.se about how she became perfume sensitive after living in a black mold infested apartment. After three years in an apartment with black mold subfloor withstand she no longer perfume and has also received many other allergic symptoms. She says that her quality of life is severely diminished.

“There was black mold in Stångåstaden apartment where she lived for three years, which has made her sick. Already during the first year of residence, she began to feel ill, she could not breathe and had strong allergic reactions. She became sick and eventually lost her job because of prolonged sick leave. When doing a repair in the apartment, it was sub-floor found black mold. She moved from the apartment. Lotta Fäldt Magnusson has several medical reports from the Allergy Centre  about her deteriorating health and disease symptoms.

– The vocal cords are damaged forever, and my voice fails me. I have no sensation in the nose. Previously, I have never been allergic to anything, but now I can not withstand anything. If a person who has used the perfume comes near, for example, at a supermarket, I have to stop shopping and go away from there. Not to mention how hard it can be to wash in a common laundry room where many people use fabric softener, says Lotta Fäldt Magnusson.
– I have to take medication for life. It was not my fault that I got sick. ” 11 March 2016 Corren.se

She is now suing the landlord in Linköpng for pain and suffering, permanent damage to her health, lost income and quality of life. Personally I hope that she is successful in court. One get damage if getting ill at work so why not if you get ill from your home? You go girl!

Astma suger – Asthma sucks

(Scroll down for English)

Astma suger

Asthma sucks

Asthma sucks, not only it makes it hard to breathe when it strikes, it makes a barrier to other people due to allergens and irritants they use, it makes a hindering to enter premises due to allergens and irritants used in the surroundings, it makes it hard to find a dear due to allergens and irritants people use, and when one get a airway infection it gets even worse.

This time I was unfortunate to get bronchitis and bronchiolitis caused by a virus infection at the same time and of course it made my asthma go bunkers as well, so yes, asthma sucks.

Both bronchitis, bronchiolitis and asthma is located in the bronchi of the lungs and this time it hit me hard. I am so thankful for medicines and I am working on getting well so I can go back to work as soon as possible.

https://www.facebook.com/extrastiftelsen/videos/945389402219883/

What is Asthma?

(Scroll down for English)

Really? What is asthma?

A fast read at the Norwegian ER book online one find

“Paroxysmal occurring obstruction of airflow in the large and small airways. The symptoms caused by reduced airway caliber caused by spasms in the bronchial smooth musculature, mucosal edema and / or increased bronchial secretion. The etiology is incomplete known, but both genetic and environmental factors play a role. Some people have allergies (mold, mites, animal hair, pollen) and benefit from allergy medications (particularly young people). Non-specific bronchial hyperresponsiveness is common (bronchoconstriction by exposure to stimuli such as cold, tobacco smoke, fragrance, air pollution, physical exertion, certain drugs, respiratory infections and emotional imbalance). Both patients, families and physicians often underestimate the severity of acute asthma attacks. Such underestimation can delay life-saving treatment. All inquiries about acute asthma should be taken seriously with immediate supervision of the patient.” Norwegian Casualty handbook Legevakthåndboken

Moderate asthma attacks

  • The person can talk normally.
  • Respiratory (breathing rate) 50% predicted or optimal value
  • Pulse < 100/minute
  • PEF > 50% of predicted or optimal value

Acute severe asthma attacks

  • Too short of breath to say a whole sentence.
  • Respiratory (breathing rate)> 25 / minute
  • Pulse > 110 / minute
  • PEF <50% predicted or optimal value

Life-threatening asthma attacks

  • Decreasing or sparse strange noises
  • cyanosis or powerless effort breathing.
  • bradycardia or hypotension
  • Fatigue, confusion or unconsciousness.
  • PEF <33% of predicted or optimal value.

@TodayShow what NOT to do at the #loo – #IndoorAir #Health #AirSafety #Asthma #AirFreshener #TodayShow #Media

This is a story about how ignorant people do their absolute best to mess up the lives of others. When you have read this I hope you know and do better in the future.

 Image of a bathroom.

Screenprint of Today Show headline. “How to clear the air after using the bathroom.”

Responsible for others health

Today I read an article at Today Show and I was horrified to read their advice on how to avoid the embarrassing feeling of “certain air you’ve left behind”.

Today show (and unfortunately other media too) communicates the destruction of your health.

Today Show only gave two good advice in the whole article. As follows:

“First and foremost, reduce odors by flushing the toilet as soon as you can. The quicker the flush, the less the odor. A “courtesy flush” is not only courteous, it’s smart.

Ventilate! Open a window or turn on the exhaust fan. Most bathrooms have exhaust fans above the toilet. Just make sure you’ve turned on the fan and not the heater portion of the fixture. Leave it running even after you leave the bathroom.” Today Show

I would have added make the sit on the toilet as short as possible, the longer you sit the greater the possibility for the odor to spread, and put the lid down before flushing to keep it all in the toilet.

What they say after this is what endanger people’s health and lives.

Then Today Show follows up with saying:

“Unfortunately, toilets don’t come with built-in air fresheners.” Today Show

I am happy every time I enter a WC without built-in air polluters since it in reality pollute the air to the point that I can not even enter the toilet to do what I need. In worse case if I have actually managed to enter before that chemical machine burst out it’s bomb I have to run out when it does. Actually I have to always be aware and check the room before I even enter because such fragrance machines send me to the ER for asthma treatment because the contents coming out of it makes me suffocate due to asthma attacks.

There are worse things than poo odor. Such so called Air Fresheners are actually hazardous chemicals. Open a window or accept that’s the way nature is.

It is way better to clean the WC room fragrance free, and a little more often. In the end it is cleaning that keeps the toilet clean, not fragrance.

Today Show  then follows up with saying even more health damaging tips.

“Fragrant hand lotion: Apply it liberally to your hands then wave your hands in the air. Some people go so far as to squirt a bit of lotion into the commode.” Today Show

This is enough to give allergy and asthma symtoms in a person entering after you.

“Hair spray: The heavier the fragrance, the better when it comes to this emergency air freshener. Again, a puff in the air and one in the toilet works wonders.” Today Show

This is enough to send any asthma sick person entering after you to the ER. NOT recommended.

“Perfume/cologne: If you’re lucky enough to have a small vial of perfume with you, your troubles are over. One sprinkle and odors are gone.” Today Show

This is enough to send any asthma sick person entering after you to the ER. NOT recommended.

“Spray bathroom cleaner” Today Show

This is enough to send any asthma sick person entering after you to the ER. NOT recommended.

“Cleanser” Today Show

This is enough to send any asthma sick person entering after you to the ER. NOT recommended.

“Bleach” Today Show

This is enough to send any asthma sick person entering after you to the ER. NOT recommended.

“White vinegar” and
“Baking soda” Today Show

This is often recommended as a more natural choice but combined in the same cocktail it produces a gas that is irritating the airways in the lungs.

“Liquid hand soap” and
“Shampoo/Conditioner” Today Show

Those go under the same as above-mentioned. This is enough to give allergy and asthma symtoms in a person entering after you. Depending on the grade of severity of the asthma, it can give all from minor issues to send the person in to life threatening asthma attacks.

Today Show Are you out of your mind? is all that comes in to my mind when I see these advices. People doing this can send anyone having asthma or other lung disease or sensitivity to the ER with life threatening conditions.

You are such a big news media and you have a great responsibility for what news you share and the impact it has. Last time I checked your post was shared 196 times. A post shared 196 times by people having about 300 people in their friends list is 58.800 possible views.

Are you aware that there are 300 million people having asthma in the world (WHO 2011)? expected to be 400 million people in some years (WHO). In Europe there are 30 million people having asthma (Efanet.org), and in the US 25,5 million people (2010) have asthma  (adults 18.7 million, children 6,8 million, fig 2010).

Figures from 2010 shows that in the US those made 14.2 million visits to the physician office (2010) and 1.8 million emergency visits to the ER (2010), 439.000 hospitalized (2010), 3630 deaths from asthma (2013).

Do you now realize the severity in what you have done?

Imagine the damage you have done to all the people in the world having asthma.

Polluting of air increase the health risk of those having asthma. But it do not stop there, the same goes for those allergic (can be life threatening), other lung diseases (can be life threatening, other kinds of sensitivity like for example hyperactivity, hypersensitivity to chemicals and so on.

By sharing such stupid tips you spread and increase the endagering of people’s health.

World Health Organization (WHO): Global surveillance, prevention and control of CHRONIC RESPIRATORY DISEASES.

Ban indoors scenting of air

From the article:

“Fragrances are an obstacle for people who are allergic / sensitive to perfume.

It causes difficulty staying in various public indoor environments because of other people’s perfume / fragrance. Examples (not to be limited to) of such environments, shops, workplaces, schools, health care, cultural life and in public transport.

Swedish Asthma and Allergy Association want to pay attention to scent hypersensitivity it is a big problem for so many.

The union now requires scenting in indoor public areas is prohibited.

Today there are companies dedicated to the scenting stores, shopping centers and hotels – environments where our members can not enter and therefore not be allowed in.

Fragrance hypersensitivity, also called sensory hyperreactivity / SHR (or in English MCS), is relatively common among adults – slightly more than six percent meet the criteria for medical diagnosis.

Far more, about 33 percent say themselves that they have some kind of odor hypersensitivity, read reaction to for example fragrance chemicals off gassing to the air.

There is no medical treatment that cures odor hypersensitivity, but those affected are obliged to avoid smells and are therefore dependent on ambient considerations.

Fragrance Hypersensitivity be due to a “over stimulation” in the sensory nervous system. Common symptoms include respiratory problems (coughing, shortness of breath, hoarseness, phlegm), irritation of the eyes, nose, or throat or more general symptoms (headache, dizziness, fatigue, sweating).

Symptoms may remind you of asthma or allergy, but has other causes. Symptoms may persist for several days and lead to sick leave even if you are only exposed to perfume a short while. ” svt.se

Basically it’s already prohibited in Norway when it violate against The Discrimination and Accessibility Act.

E-mail from the Equality and Discrimination Ombudsman LDO to Alena Jula (published with permission by Alena Jula):

“Perfume Allergy and other types environmental inhibitions are regarded as a form of disability protected Discrimination and Accessibility Act.
The freedom to function in society should be equal for all. Also measures for preventing allergies, including perfume-free products is covered by the act. This is particularly important in public and private enterprises where people of different reasons need to go and be there / reside. With discrimination is meant direct and indirect discrimination.” The Equality and Anti-discrimination ombudsman LDO, Norway

Prohibit perfuming / fragrance setting of indoor air in Norway, Sweden, yes throughout Europe.

Reacting with illness in scented and fragrance added indoor air it also applies to asthma and allergies, so then you have to count higher numbers than stated in the article. I have asthma and can not tolerate fragrancing of indoor air like mentioned in the article, it is not only chemically intolerant who can not tolerate it. It is no fun having to flee a toilet when one are in need because it is mounted a scent machine on the wall, or having to go out of a store or other locality because them have scented indoor air. Do they not want customers?

“Asthma and allergies can be debilitating and can cause loss of life.” Norwegian Labour Inspectorate 2009

It is not just these and us struggling with it who supports a ban.

Asthma and allergies can be debilitating and can cause loss of life span due to disability in lung health. It is recognized as a disability by the UN, WHO and Equality and Anti-Discrimination Ombud (LDO). People with asthma and allergies that have hyperreactive airways (not to be confused with hyperactive) agains fragrance / scent / perfume in the environment are not adequately safeguarded in society as regards availability because that human lives has a so called alleged right to use things that make others sick, this is despite the fact that people with asthma and allergies have a legal protection of the Act prohibiting discrimination on grounds of disability (Discrimination and Accessibility Act), the law on the environment and the protection of clean air etcetera: Regulations on environmental health, the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and the World Health Organization (WHO) Global surveillance, prevention and control of chronic RESPIRATORY DISEASE.

People violates the law on the wanting for fashion, increasing sales, getting customers to stay longer in stores, etc., and at the same time so do one exclude thousands of people each year from participating and use the same places. It provides increased illness, increased sick absence, increased costs for both society and the private individual concerned, it gives personal suffering, there are even people who are receiving disability benefits because those can not be in society, work, and do all the things that others may when the air is polluted with fragrances. Here there is much to save for all, both for the individual and society. By prohibiting the addition of perfumes and fragrance so called fragrance marketing and else fragrancing of air, read perfume substances in indoor air are people healthier, and community saving large sums of money when those sensitive can move in society, can work, and there are fewer sick leaves, and less on disabilitiy benefits.

Why continue to authorize the use and selling of products that damage health and costing society money? What is most important accessibility, health and the environment or the right superficial glamour?

Go romantic with candles Romance and asthma

Romance and asthma

Do you have a loved one who have asthma? Asthma, romance and romantic settings is that possible?

Yes

But what you have to take in account is what the person get sick from, do ask before you start making this big romantic date. People having asthma react to so many different things so you better make the trouble asking.

In  general I can say that clean air is the best environment, so skip scented candles, burning any candles, incense, any fragrance product, avoid fireplaces, and no smoking. And remember that allergy can be airborne so do not be flagrant about allergies, it is nothing romantic about getting sick.

Still you can make a romantic setting.

Buy battery-powered candles that is fragrance free. You can fill the whole room with it since it do not pollute the air.

Check out what flowers the person is tolerant to and what makes the person sick. Maybe artificial flowers looking the real deal is a better choice. Look for alternative decorations the person tolerate. You do not want your loved one to become ill.

Dust is bad news for asthma, so is fragrance cleaning agents. When you are going to clean use only fragrance free products for cleaning. In the store do choose something mild that do not have a strong or stingy odor. Remember that fragrance products gasses off to the air, and that is bad for the lungs. For dusting do only use water and a cloth.

If you have pets: Pets are like family members. If the person is allergic to you pet then maybe you have to see that you will have to choose between your pet and this person in the long run. Are you willing to do that?

In all are you willing to adapt to your loved ones asthma and allergies? Remember that the person having asthma and allergies can not choose not to have asthma and allergy, it is a life long commitment. It is not something you can ask them to stop doing.

Make some food and make sure to air out well before your guest arrive. Some people who have asthma react to cookery fumes. But remember that exhaust is bad too so you do not want the room full of that.

Go romantic!

#Phenoxyethanol in #allergy friendly products #NAAF @astmaallergi

(Scroll down for English)

Phenoxyethanol

“In 2005–06, methyldibromoglutaronitrile/ phenoxyethanol was the ninth-most-prevalent allergen in patch tests (5.8%).

The Food and Drug Administration has warned that the chemical is toxic to infants via ingestion, and “can depress the central nervous system and may cause vomiting and diarrhea.” Combined with Chlorphenesin, these two chemicals can cause respiratory depression in infants. Since these chemicals are often present in cosmetics and lotions applied to the hands and are easily ingested, caution should be exercised.

German research in 1999, concluded that it had neurotoxin potential, but in a concentration-dependent manner.

The EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) data sheets show chromosomal changes and genetic mutation effects in testing as well as testicular atrophy and interference with reproductivity in mice for other glycol ethers, although phenoxyethanol is not mentioned in the abstract.” Wikipedia

I looked today at various skin creams in the store that was fragrance free because I was out of face cream. What I found on the shelves was cream by HTH and Neutral. HTH is not approved by the Asthma and Allergy Foundation NAAF, but Neutral is.

When I looked at the contents, I found that both creams contain phenoxyethanol. What disappoints me most is that the cream from Neutral is approved by the Norwegian Asthma and Allergy Association (NAAF), but the skin cream from HTH is not.

What about the cocktail effect and use of multiple products with this chemical added, that cause increasing consumption of phenoxyethanol. Why does a Asthma and Allergy Association grant use of known dangerous substances in the products?

Like a fish without water #asthma #astma – Reisha

Something simple like breathing

“”Something simple like breathing is a hard thing for people living with asthma. So if your goal is ‘today I want to breathe,’ that is a big feat because even walking down the stairs, the subways in New York, the pollen, smog, everything gets in the way of breathing. I heard this quote before that said ‘a life as an asthmatic is like a fish with no water’ and it’s very, very true.” — Reisha, Asthma”

Oxidizing #fragrance is #allergenic

Allergenic oxidizing fragrance contents

“The oxidizing fragrances in everything from toothpaste to shampoos and deodorants. These fragrances contents may not all be allergenic themselves but can quickly become so when they oxidize. When they are broken down by oxygen in the air to form hydroperoxides that are highly allergenic substances. Nobody knows today how many people in the population who are allergic to the oxidized fragrances because they are not included in the allergy tests done.

Researchers have now discovered that the allergenic substances may have formed already when the oils and fragrances from the supplier. When they are broken down by oxygen in the air to form hydroperoxides that are highly allergenic substances. International studies of eczema patients have shown that five to seven percent of the patients are allergic to the oxidized fragrances.

At the Department of Chemistry and Molecular Biology at Gothenburg University, have developed a new analytical method that makes it actually possible to investigate hydroperoxides in various consumer products.

– Using mass spectrometry strikes disrupting substances so that they are small fragments and it is the first time that there is a method to find these individual-specific hydroperoxides in small quantities and in complex mixtures, explains Johanna Rudbäck, a doctoral student at the University of Gothenburg.

dr. Johanna Rudbäck has defended her thesis “Allergenic Oxidation Products from Fragrance Terpenes. Chemical Analysis and Determination of Sensitizing Potency “.

This is really important. Now, manufacturers can not sit back and say that the problem does not exist. So far, the perfume industry used a 1800-century approach when examining this type of oxidation products and then find they can not find these little difficult certain substances. Now the industry must deal with the problem in an entirely different way.

Ann-Therese Karlberg explains that it only takes small amounts of hydroperoxides to trigger allergy and eczema in a person who has become allergic to them.

Previously, scientists believed that it would take a long time before fragrances change of air. But when the research team used the new method to analyze the essential oils of lavender and orange peel, they discovered that it went faster than expected.

– We saw that it formed hydroperoxides already when we got the oils from the supplier. This was surprising to us, says Johanna Rudbäck.”

“Spa personnel who works with essential oils in high consentrations is a rather new profession found hurt by handeling the oils. During some years back the skin clinic at Sahlgrenska hospitals have received several patients in the profession of masseuses from several parts of Gothenburg, Skövde and Varberg.

– The read thread here is that they have worked with essential oils smelling of for example lavender, roses or citrus, says Lina Hagwall who is researcher and expert on these substances. When the occupational dermatologic clinic tested the essential oils on several of the patients they could confirm that is was the oxidizing fragrance in the oils they were allergic to.

How can you, in your marketing say that your aromatherapy oil is healing and protective to the skin when you know that there are masseuses who have suffered from allergy and eczema of your oil?”

I can not do it. I can not stand and lie to a customer that way. It feels wrong to sell a product when you have a rash on the hands, says Sanna Gunnesson.”

“Oxidized fragrances of aromatherapy oils of the brand Kerstin Florian has given several masseurs and spa personnel contact allergy. Masseuses Mia Senor, Nina Sellman and Sanna Gunnesson got so severe discomfort that they had to change profession. Mia Senor showing us pictures of how her hands and arms might look when she came home from work. It almost looks like a burn. The skin on her hands became all swollen, and her fingers were like glued ogether. It stung and did hurt so evil, she says, and explains that her hands were so sore and infected that it even went impossible to work with gloves. Sanna Gunnessons trouble also started with eczema on the hands. Since she had no other jobs she stayed at Hagabadet even though it hurt to massage. Eventually, she was itching all over the body.

Hyper allergic and isolated from the rest of the world – Marie Mellum – ostlendingen.no

(Scroll down for English)

Hypersensitive and isolated

“Marie Mellum from Elverum is not at work, can not stop by the store and shop or stay with her daughter to school closure. She is allergic to food, odors and smells. The social and leisure happy girl has a life-long allergy. Towards animals, pollen , grass, flowers, fish, fruits, berries, nuts, vegetables, garlic, mice, cooking fumes and perfumes. But she has handled it, and held off what she does not tolerate.

Late last summer she was at the cafe in Leiret. Quite unknowingly licked her in a drop garlic dressing. Throut swelled up, and she was about to suffocate. She was sent directly to the emergency room at the hospital and saved.

At the emergency room, they read through my journals, and summed up. Since October, I have been  at the ER 30 times, says Marie.

– How do you avoid hospitalization?

– It helps to stay at home in the apartment. It helps to not go on Kremmertorget or shopping centers, for which there are odors in the air. People gathering are not good. People use perfumes, they eat garlic and I get sick, says Marie.

– How do you perceive it?

– It starts to tingle in my tongue. Then I put an adrenaline injection. I always go with three syringes at me.

– How is it to live like this?

– Fully Awful . Being isolated is the worst. I am so social. And I can not go to work or go and shop my own food. I am unwillingly made incompetent and disabled by it. I can not go on summer endings with my daughter, is also hurt, says Marie Mellum.

She takes from the morning of heavy medication, refills possibly during the day if it becomes too much allergens. Unfortunately medicines do not make strong enough protection. ”

A prayer for insight

Derav innlegget mitt i dag.

A prayer for insight

Then I have started on a 5 day of 20 mg Prednisolone 1×1, as well as 4×2 Symbicort Forte 320/9 inhalations, 10mg Singulair, 10 mg Ceterizin and 2 mg / ml Ventoline inhalations and I hope it to be better now, I hope. I’ve seen both sides of the issue, anyone who does not have asthma should be grateful to be healthy and avoid the problem, and rather show respect to those who are not as fortunate. Hence my post today. Anyone who does not have asthma should know how lucky you are. I was without asthma prior to 2007, and I have now been able to experience both. Life without asthma is an easy life compared.

Having asthma is like trying to breathe with a sport sock tucked into the lower airways when you have an asthma attack, and there’s also muscle spasms in the lungs, mucus build ups in the lungs, sore airways and coughing until you throw up, and the body must work so hard on this that you eventually become completely tender and hurting in the body.

When a person having asthma get sick it is in the lower airways in the lungs called the bronchi the situation happens.

Can you see why it is provocative when you say to an allergic person to just take a pill when you are asked to show respect? This is my breakfast. Picture 2 is maintenance rest of the day.

image
For breakfast

image
This is rather normal for a person having asthma and allergy. Don’t you think we have to take enough medicine?

Just because we who have allergies and asthma (about 20-25% of worlds population) take medication does not mean that we can not become allergic, medicine does not cure the illness, it only dampen it just slightly. Next time you are asked to show respect, do it.

I read from time to time (rather very often) the arrogant comments from people when someone will tell about their need of fresh air, people who say things like:

“I smoke where I want, that you do not have anything to do with.”
“It’s bullying of smokers …”

If one ask one of them not to smoke, one can be told things that I experienced to hear:

“- I think it’s too much of that.”

The person thought I complained too much.

Or other things I have read and witnessed:

“I use perfume where I want, it’s not any of your buisness, that’s my right.”
“If you can not tolerate perfume you’d best stay home then.”
“You should not take public transportation if you get sick from it, it can be delays if you get sick.”

They should try to live with asthma a few years so maybe those would build up some good judgment and thoughtfulness for others. It is not so that one says all of this because one have nothing better to do. One has a good reason for it.

With my own personal experience and acquired knowledge about asthma I am provoced and angered when people say:

“I eat what I want where I want.”

When I tell them that maybe they should refrain from eating for example their peanuts until they get home.

I do not have food allergies but I know what it means to have asthma which is an airborne sensitivity and chronic inflammation of the lungs that causes breathing difficulties when there is nothing but only air in the air.

There are food allergies that are airborne, ergo if you eat something such as peanuts or other foods may be a person who gets everything from itching to a anaphylactic lethal allergy reaction.

Is it always important to do exactly what you want anywhere? Should not it be a little important to think about anyone but themselves as well?

Just as we need to eat and drink to live so we need to breathe. We MUST do both parts to be able to live, read survive. Breathing is essential to live.

If you feel that something does not hurt you it is not it valid for all around you. In clean air I and others with the same problem is without symptoms and breathe without problems, and this is something that we like to do every day just like you do.

Please, do eat but preferably eat at home, in a restaurant and elsewhere outdoors. Cut out using scented products and smoke. Then all have a good day, not just you.

We can not choose not to breathe, but you can choose not to use things that pollute the air we all share.

Open letter to Norwegian Food Safety Authority

Food safety, air safety, delivery and cleaning

Today when I woke up and had my breakfast I remembered a thing that happened when I went shopping last summer, that in the next made me remember when I again was subjected to such an event just like this one. I have asthma and get breathing issues from chemicals as very many others.  That time at Christmas time I went  shopping potatoes at Kiwi and had a bad experience getting an asthma attack from a floor cleaning machine spreading its fumes around the store. The store stank from heavy chemicals and my asthma attack was acute from the content of these fumes. They were cleaning in opening hours and the food was not covered. Continue reading

To take the bus is like russian roulette – Kicki Djärv – vk.se

(Scroll down for English)

When the health do not tolerate what is in the air

“Bus travel is a gamble, Kiki Bold must always be prepared to get off. Theatre is futile and before each water aerobics session she keeps fingers crossed that no overdosed hairspray. Kiki has asthma and allergy and perfume makes her sick. We’ll meet at home in Kickis apartment in Ålidhem and I really have thought me this morning. The most cans and bottles I have in my bathroom contains perfumes of any kind; shampoo, soap, lotion, deodorant and hair spray. I try to make myself as “fragrance free” as possible, but it does not really. For Kiki reacts to rinse agent that remain in my shirt. Although it affects breathing, I know that it will pass. The difficulty is that it is built on. It may be fine for a while, but becomes the several doses I become sick in the end. I do not understand why there has to be perfume in just about everything. Detergent for example, I can not even go into the laundry room and my husband have to run three empty machines to remove all detergent and fabric softener residue. I can ride the bus, but stepping it on something that has a lot of perfume on themselves, I have to get off. Bio runs decently if we sit in the back of the chairs where there is little distance to the next line, but the theater is not to my great sorrow. I have tried many times. For some reason, “spraying” the people a little extra when they should be at the theater. I can not even stand in the foyer. I can not breathe.” vk.se

Very many are sick from your perfume use, not only from what you spray on you or put on your face and armpits, but also of the products you use that contain perfume. Show respect to those who are struggling, use perfume free products.

Allergy Friends

cumin2-300x250

A few weeks ago we wanted to bring to everyones attention in a post the massive recalls going on in the US and Canada that began in November 2014,  with the intention of raising awareness to be cautious for those in the US and abroad living with nut allergies.  And now our fears of it reaching global contamination seem to be taking form.  At the time of our post,  the contamination was believed to be from a shipment of cumin(spiscummin) from Turkey delivered to a processing plant that was distributed to thousands of manufacturers of seasonings that was contaminated with peanut flour(ground peanut). The story quickly gets complicated, as the recalls keep rolling in, and now has expanded to paprika seasonings and almond contamination.  Usually when we have a recall its localized to one shipment, one product.  But this massive recall escalades with numerous manufacturers,  several spices and widespread locations(US, Canada, UK and now Sweden)…

Allergy vaccination does it work for everyone and all kinds of allergies?

Allergen-specific immunotherapy

Allergen-specific immunotherapy ASIT, commonly called allergy vaccination is currently used to treat patients with allergic disease, such as allergic rhinitis (hayfever) and asthma caused by airborne allergens. It is the only form of treatment that enhances allergic symptoms, affect long-term disease progression in children and creates immunological tolerance to the allergen.
The treatment requires regular contact with health services for several years. SCIT begins with an escalation of allergen dose for 14 weeks. This is followed by a maintenance phase with return visits was sixth to eighth week over 3-4 years.
It is most common vaccine directed against birch and grass pollen-induced symptoms, mites are a common goal. Attempts are made to different kinds of food allergy. Milk, eggs and peanuts are the foods tested most to vaccinate against. Vaccination against cat allergy is frequent, while dogs and horses are much less common. The demand for dog and horse vaccinations, however, is palpable but the scientific evidence is insufficient and the clinical experience of the treatment effects varied. Today, this therapy is primarily for highly motivated patients where the allergen can not be avoided and pharmacological treatment, ie antihistamines or nasal steroids, does not provide adequate disease control.

Any treatment using vaccination against allergies must be done under the supervision of an allergy specialist, and it is  not adviced to do this on your own.

So far there is no vacination against sensitivity, asthma and allergy to perfumes and chemical products. Many people are mistaken that you can vaccinate against all allergies. This is wrong.

And it is wrong of the public to say when they put a asthma and allergy sick person to fragrance to say:

“I know you can train your allergy away. It is good for you to be subjected to fragrance, then you can train it away.”

This is nothing but abuse. When you put a person in the posistion to be forced to inhale the blend of chemicals, allergens and irritants their body can not tolerate it is like if you kick them in their body. You hurt them.

So please stop doing this.

Instead help their everyday struggle to stay healthy by going fragrance free in the public room.

Addiction or brainwash?

Addiction or brainwash?

I just read The Addictive Power of Toxic Perfumes and Cologne where the writer tells about an episode where a woman sprayed perfume in a shop despite he told her his wife who was there get sick from it, and he talks about the woman being selfish and addictive to fragrance.

“Several years ago my wife and I were visiting a town in the mountains of western Maine. We were looking at a few books on the rack in the town’s historic pharmacy. Just across the aisle was a perfume display with a large row of testers. As we were looking at the books, another couple walked by us and I heard the woman suddenly exclaim, “Oh! There’s my favorite perfume – I think I will have some.” Since she was standing right next to my wife who has Multiple Chemical Sensitivity (MCS), my wife instantly responded, “Please don’t spray that, I am highly allergic and it will make me sick.” The woman looked at my wife and then looked at the bottle. A second later the bottle was in her hand and she gave herself a strong dose of perfume and then walked in front of my wife leaving a cloud of fumes behind her. To say the least, I was angry. How could someone be so selfish?” Health Impact News

Further they say:

“My wife has been struggling to avoid being exposed to perfume, cologne, and the fragrances of laundry products and air fresheners for over fifteen years. Because of her Multiple Chemical Sensitivity (MCS), my wife and I have asked many people to please not use perfume or cologne when they know that they will be spending time with us. Whether it is in our home, in a church meeting, or other type of gathering, the answer we receive to such requests is almost always “NO.” People usually get quite offended when such a request is made. Sometimes people will say they will honor the request, but then they often forget to keep their promise. Sometimes we have made gentle reminders to encourage them to help us, but it is amazingly difficult for perfume addicted people to stop using perfume or cologne when they start their day or to avoid reapplying perfume later in the day. Even greater hostility may be evoked when a request is made to please consider using unscented laundry detergent or to stop using dryer sheets, which are some of the most toxic fragrance products. Even if we tell people that our suggestions will make them healthier and save money, they still have no interest in hearing what we have to say about the toxic qualities of fragrance products.

It is quite fascinating to watch the power of addiction. People may have great compassion for homeless cats and dogs, may be very supportive of all kinds of community charity projects, and may be loving parents and grandparents, however, when it comes to the effect of fragrance products on the health of other people, they seem to have very little compassion. They might give you the shirt off their back, but don’t get between them and their perfume or dryer sheets. It really is no different from any other addiction. Cigarettes, alcohol, and sugar all exercise the same power to control behavior and to repel anyone who might dare to interfere with their being satisfied by their drug of choice, which in this case is fragrance.A person who is addicted, whether it is to alcohol, drugs, food, pornography, or perfume, will not allow anyone else’s need to interfere with their need to keep using a certain substance. This may not be conscious, since most perfume users probably don’t suspect that they are addicted. In their mind, they just love perfume and cologne, and they can’t imagine how other people could dislike what they love or even be made sick by what makes them feel good.” Health Impact News

And

“In addition to the physically addictive aspects of fragrances, they are also emotionally addictive. This is due to the olfactory pathway in the brain through which sensations of smell enter the subconscious part of the brain.” Health Impact News

“The marketing of perfumes, cologne, aftershave, and other scented body care products is based on sex and the power to control others. In other words, people are subtly promised that they will be more sexually attractive or sexually desirable. It is further suggested that people can be invincible and they can get whatever they want — that is — if they wear a certain fragrance. Health Impact News

About the pheromones and the promises of sex. We are like the animals and we are attracted to the right person through among other things the natural scent of the other person, both men and women. But if I were you I would refrain from both fragrance and essential oils (more about that in the video below) and only shower in fragrance free personal hygiene products and use a fragrance free deodorant. Humans are constructed like the animals, we produce pheromones that is a boost regarded to sex, and hiding it will have negative consequences. (source Dr Akilah El)

Fresh-Air-For-All-fragrance-illness

I urge you to read  The Addictive Power of Toxic Perfumes and Cologne before you read on.

I do not think for a minute it’s addictive to use perfume and I do not believe that it is the reason why the woman sprayed perfume defiance that she was told not to do so due to his wife’s sensitivity. It is more about personality and this woman simply did not care. It’s her way to meet others, she got no knowledge of it and she’s short-minded, selfish and cares only of her.

A person having asthma reacts to allergens and irritants in the air as low as 0,02 PPM.

Fresh-Air-For-All-and-no-obstruction

I used perfumes before I was asthmatic in 2007, not as extensively but it was in all my products, in everything from laundry products, cleaning to personal care products, deodorant, makeup and styling, and a slight spray on the neck. It was not so I had to spray me every day because I “had to have my fix” of scent, I used it sometimes and let it be for long periods of time. I did not get withdrawal because I did not get my spray of scent or scented products. I used what I was brought up to use, and what was available to style myself after what was fashionable at the time. I did not ask questions to if this was ok, or if it did hurt anyone since no one told me it was bad, hold bad content or in any way the society told me it was bad. But back then I would probably have had a hard time understanding how it could affect someone and in what way it could be harmful since I had not lived it myself. The old saying “- You need to walk a mile in someone’s shoes to fully understand…” is very true. It’s more that people are trained that fragrance is as it should be, that is what is ok and accepted and that everyone accepts it WHATEVER HAPPENS! It is a form of brainwashing of and by society that everything that does not smell anything or smells bad is to be dirty. It is common in advertisement to be told “The smell of clean…” when talking about fragrance washing and cleaning, and “The fragrance of a house is part of the decor.” when talking about interior design. It’s brainwashing, aka training of the whole society that things must smell fragrance to be clean and bling-bling. But fresh clean air what does it smell? Clean water what does it smell? I smell NOTHING! Fresh and clean air and water does not smell flowers before you add a flower or fragrance to it. If you stand on a mountain top and there are no flowers around it won’t smell other than fresh air, and it smell nothing, just air!

That people use fragrance is because they are trained to do so by society, history, marketing and attitudes, they enjoy it almost as some like the taste of chocolate or a good dinner, and enjoying something one gladly uses it again. If it is hurting you, you will not try it again.

In the article it says

“Fragrances are Emotionally Addictive” Health Impact News

Maybe it can be in a way addictive that people feel pleasure when they feel a scent they like, just as they feel pleasure when the eat things they like, but it will not make them addictive in that sense of the word. Take for example what people eat. People allergic to food also get the same treatment as us who are allergic, asthmatic and have other lung diseases, or MCS and get sick from fragrance use. People invite to dinner and then forget, do not care, or it is cultural reasons to why the menu at the dinner is not altered so the sensitive person can take part and eat the dinner without getting sick. One good example is Chistmas dinner, when people expect one kind of food and it makes them into selfish bastards that do not care about health and they do not care to change the content of the food so a family member or a friend do not get sick from the dinner. These people are not addictive to Christmas dinner, they are just following the tradition and they are not willing to change it to suit someones health because then it is not traditional Christmas food anymore. Using other ingredients changes the taste of the food and therefore they think the Christmas feel is damaged. Ergo they skip caring instead. (read Merry Christmas shut out)

It is the same way with fragrance. They use it because they like the feeling they get from it, and they make it their own personal mark, a bit of themselves, the fragrance becomes a part of them, and when you complaint that someone should not smell they take it personal because they feel you complaint about how they smell. They are uneducated about the problematic issues with fragrances, and they are brainwashed it is ok all over the society. How can anyone complaint about something that is fully accepted in society? they are in their believes.

Ergo they use it anyway.

Fresh-Air-For-All-shut-out-lonely

For us the “flavors it hurts” with perfume, just like the food hurts the food allergic, for the others non sensitive it’s a good. They can not for a second understand that some might be sick from it, and therefore they fail to accept that others may become ill, and therefore they do not believe them in it is for real and important. They also have a superstition on medication that; “Take a pill and everything will be all right!” It have been said before many times and as long as society have that way of thinking it will never be alright since medicine for asthma and allergy is only constructed to take away peaks of illness not to make you immune to the things your body can not tolerate.  Only way to not get sick is to refrain from being exposed.

Fresh-Air-For-All-MedicineMyth

It was not before I got sick in asthma myself that I fully understood what harm it can do to the health. Now I do not use fragrance products at all, I had no withdrawal and not problem stop using it since I now got the inside knowledge and understanding of what harm it does. Actually, when I stopped using it I felt better than I have ever done before. It was not only the asthma and the breathing issues that went away. All those chemicals is a burden to the body. The body is not constructed to handle all this burden, it is constructed to breathe, eat, feel, and do its needs. I realized that all those chemicals made a strain to my body, I could literally feel when the body stopped having to work to handle all the stuff I put my body through using all the fragrance products. I felt freed. My only regret is that why had no one told me about this before?

Fresh-Air-For-All-the-fragrance-fre-please

People, you must only take our word for it and listen. You do not want to get this illness that is asthma, allergy and sensitivity to understand what it is about. It is actually pretty awful to have, I promise you that it s nothing you want, not being able to breathe without being at risk of getting sick from others use of fragrance.

Fresh-Air-For-All-fragrance-free-everyone-can-join

You just have to respect what you are told about it. You just have to be fragrance free, and actually it is not being dirty even if you are told so. Fresh air does not smell of perfume, it smell of nothing, and it is lovely. Haven’t you ever stood outside a spring, summer’s, fall or a winter’s day and inhaled the fresh air and felt it is lovely? That is exactly what we want to do. Inhale fresh air without getting sick.

Merry Christmas shut out

Happy Holidays?

Fresh-Air-For-All-Guests-Christmas It is this time of year when all families gather together and salubrate the holidays together, first Christmas and then New Years.

Invitations are sent and everyone is expected to come on the invitation like the host want it.

I am visiting in different asthma and allergy, and sensitivity fora online and read page up and page down about relatives inviting their kids, cousins, grandkids, siblings and other relatives to the holidays and everyone want to come, just they can not.

And why?

Family can sometimes be even worse than other friends in life, it seems like they are deaf to life and others needs. They want to be presentable and they want to make a cozy holidays for all and make a happy party – on their terms.

I then wonder why they are not listening to what their family and friends tell them about their asthma and allergies, that they can not be around cats, dogs, birds,, tobacco smoke, vaping, fragrance, air fresheners, incense, scented candles, and can not eat a range of different things. Many allergies are even airborne so if any of the things they are allergic to is there they get sick from breathing.

I read about families who invite to holidays and parties and demand to have the gathering at their home even though they know and have been told many times their friends or family members are sick from their animals, fragrance products, tobacco smoke (second and third hand), vaping and some food, fragrance, aftershave and other things. They are told all year-long and every year at Christmas and New Years that the family member is sick from these things, still it is like the host behave like they are thick in the head. Either they have a hearing problem, or it must be they are either thick in their head and do not grasp for a moment what is the problem, or they just do not care.

But actually it should not have to be explained in detail what happens in the body when a person is exposed to allergens and irritants, it should be enough they are told the person get sick from it, and when told – Could you please come to our place instead? And could you please come fragrance free, smoke free, fur free, and bring no food or what ever the allergy and asthma is against? They should do that without hesitating, all for the cause and best for the person we all love who has allergies and asthma.

Every year it is the same thing, and every year I wonder what is wrong with these people? They say they love their family and friends, but still they seem to not care and go on hurting them.

In the end the person having asthma and allergies end up having a Christmas and New Years being sick, really sick, being on medication and having a bad health. All because some people do not listen.

It should be easy. They could just listen and do as asked of them for the greater good and good health of someone they claim to like and love, and someone they claim they care for.

If you claim these things, that you love and care for a person, please step up and show for real that it is true by showing it with your actions.

Caring about your loved ones should be more important than where and how you salubrate your Christmas and New Years.

Or your loved ones end up sitting alone at the Holidays, or getting really ill just because you do not care.

Read about asthma and allergy by looking through the menu, and links. Also read about testimonials, Go fragrance Free archives, and all the other knowledge. Take your time and be a better family and friend.

Please, let it be a Happy, including and Healthy Merry Christmas and Happy New Year for everyone.

To fight a gnu battle…

Sometimes trying to win a argument with a less enlightened is useless.

It is kind of like when you try to tell a person that fragrance is harmfull to human health. Some will never believe you before they get sick themselves. It will then become important to them too.

When you fragrance, Ida get ill – Side2.no

I collect testimonials from people who become ill from fragrance use. I do this because I want to make it visible that it is a bigger problem than people might think. The reason I blog about this is to spead information. Ida is a 12 year old girl who become ill from fragrance use. Read Ida’s story (I qoute):

When you are using perfume, Ida becomes ill

“-I get very ill when I sit next to someone with perfume or hairspray. The very worst spot Ida (12) may reside, are tax-free at the airport. – I get sick and get headache, says Ida to Side2. Continue reading

Answer to Jan-Erik Gaup at origo.no

I went to the blog of dr Aage Hegge Hansen and read even one more of his good words and conclusions. In the comment field I found some rather disturbing comments from a guy Jan-Erik Gaup. He claims that smoking is not harmful to the lungs and airways, and he also claims fragrance is nothing anyone can become ill from. And even more he claims that people who say they become ill from fragrance have psychological issues, he says the fault is within them and not something else. This man stands very ignorant in my point of view. The comment field was closed for further comments so I just wrote a blogging on the matter. Lets just say I wanted to teach him a lesson.

They can just choose another transportation

Not welcome

(Scroll down for English)

Today I read a comment on vgd.no. Thread is

“Do not use perfume when you are on the bus”

There was a “Premotus” which started the thread about perfumes and allergy and asthma vgd.no. with commentary

Premotus “Pay attention to those who can not tolerate it.”

Some special usensitive comment as witnesses on complete ignorance and selfishness showed up with his presence. Here is an example:

“SigSauer: They can choose other modes of transport. Can be limits to how much others think about this.”

It is clearly a man who gives no regard to his fellow man.

Here is the knowledge on perfume:

You can just stay at home…

On this menu I will expose some of the bad attitudes allergic and sensitive people meet from the rest of the world.
